Obituary Cela Priscilla Smith, 76, of Morehead City, died Friday, February 7, 2020. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, February 14, 2020, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses, 324 McCabe Road, Newport. Mrs. Smith was born in Brooklyn, NY to George and Fannie Stiles. She worked as a bank teller for most of her adult life. Cela was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses, Newport. She is survived by her husband John Wesley Smith of Morehead City; one son, Dennis Grimsley of Orlando FL; one daughter, Lauren Draughon of Durham; one brother, Tyrone Stiles of NY; five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Her parents and her brother and her sister precede her in death. Flowers or plants are welcome.
