Obituary Diane Fulcher, 72, of Raleigh, passed away Monday, September 27, 2021 at Duke Medical center Raleigh. She was born February 22, 1949 in Carteret County to Henry and Ethel Fulcher who preceded her in death. She was also preceded by two brothers, Bruce and Ray and one sister, Jean. She is survived by sister, Joyce Fulcher of Atlantic and several extended family members as well as friend, Myron Smith. No services are planned at this time.
