Jeri Kinley (Spann)

Jeri Spann Kinley, 60, of Otway, passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at her home.

The family will celebrate Jeri’s life privately.

She worked twenty years with the state government.

She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Kinley of Clayton, NC; two sons, Joshua Rube of Texas, and Jonathon Rube of Las Vegas, NV; father, Carl Spann and wife, Wanda Spann of Morehead City, NC; mother, Lillie King of Swansboro, NC; four sisters, June Potter of Boise, ID, Janet Steele of Myrtle Beach, SC; Jodi Spann of Wake Forest, NC; Abby Spann of Raleigh, NC; brother, Carl Spann II of Raleigh, NC.
