John Nichols

Obituary John "Martin" Nichols, 54, of Atlantic Beach, died Tuesday, July 5, 2016, at home. Services will be at a later date. Martin was born August 17, 1961, in Jacksonville, FL to Perry and Shirley Nichols. He moved to Atlantic Beach from Ocala, FL three years ago. Mr. Nichols worked as the Admissions Director for Carteret Community College and also as a host for Floyds 1921 Restaurant. Martin was known for being funny, plain spoken, and a lover of fried chicken. He is survived by his sister, Leigh Nichols Curley, of Ocala, FL and two nephews, Ryan Curley and Adam Curley, both of Ocala, FL. His parents preceded him in death.
