Obituary Justin James Cote, 25, of Pine Knoll Shores, passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2020 at his home. Justin worked in construction and loved his job as a builder. The family will celebrate his life privately. He is survived by his mother, Betty Jo Raulston of Pine Knoll Shores; father, Jimmy Hart of Plattsburg, NY; brother, Nicholas Raulston and fiance, Annissah Barton of Pine Knoll Shores; maternal grandmother, Pam Cote of Athol, MA; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
