Obituary Mark Thomas Parsons, 58, of Cape Carteret , died Friday May 1, 2015, at his home. At his request, there will be no services. Mark was born in Kenmore, NY, on March 19, 1957, to Thomas and Carolyn Jean Stallings Parsons. He is survived by 3 sisters, Peggy Jean Griffin, of Cape Carteret, Linda Lannoye, of Avoca, NY and Beth Suess of Columbia, Missouri. Mark was preceded in death by his parents.
