Alma Williams

Alma Sikes Williams, 90, of Morehead City, passed away at home on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.

A visitation will be held from 12:30-1:30 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2026, at Noe-Brooks Funeral Home Chapel. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Gethsemane Memorial Park with Rev. Darlene Morris officiating.

Alma worked as a nurse aide for thirty-seven years at Carteret General Hospital.

She is survived by her sons, Edward Allen Williams (Julie) of Pinehurst, NC, and George Randy Williams; daughter, Pamela Jean Williams (Felipe Gutierrez) of Newport, NC; six grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren; and eleven great-great grandchildren; and she was dearly loved by special nephews and nieces.

Alma was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Herbert Edward Williams who passed away in 1997; son, Herbert Edward Williams Jr.; daughter, Ruthie Ann Williams; grandson, Scott Edward Paul; a brother; and her sisters.
