Obituary Andromeda Phelps, age 6 weeks, slipped into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at Carteret Health Care. A private Celebration of her Life will be held on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at Noe-Brooks Funeral Home in Morehead City with Rev. Kent Mattox officiating. Andromeda was a precious breath of fresh air and was the apple of Mellony and Zack's eye. She will be sorely missed by her whole family. She is survived by her mom, Mellony McIver; dad, Zackery Phelps; maternal grandmother, Amanda Washington; maternal grandfather, Milton Murray; paternal grandmother, Trisha Phelps; sisters, Averie Gregg and Alonii Stewart; brothers, Zayn and Camden Phelps; many aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as a special aunt and uncle, Bev and Kent Mattox. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Alex Washington. Flowers are appreciated or memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
