Carl D Dangerfield

Carl D. Dangerfield, 69, passed away at his home in Newport, NC on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.

Carl was born on November 16, 1956 to the late Francis and Edith Dangerfield. He was a graduate of Cary High School in 1975. He spent most of his career years as an Operator & Responsible Charge(ORC) for waste water where he retired later in life. Carl went on and began a waste water consulting business and eventually added in being a realtor. He was a jack of many trades.

Carl enjoyed spending time outdoors; fishing, golfing, playing the guitar and drums. He was an avid sports fan for football and hockey. Carl truly enjoyed his time with his family and his 3 children ; Dillon Dangerfield, Lauren Dangerfield, and Dalton Dangerfield.

Carl is survived by his 3 children; Dillon, Lauren and Dalton; the mother of his children, Debora Dangerfield; his nephew, Jeremy Dangerfield; his cousin, Susan Dangerfield; and his special friend, Wesley Burdge.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Edith Dangerfield; his 2 brothers, Michael and Mark Dangerfield.
