Obituary Eva W. Budget, 98, of Morehead City, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022 at Carteret Health Care of Morehead City. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church of Morehead City with Bishop Donald Crooms officiating. Burial will follow at Bayview Cemetery of Morehead City. She is survived by her son, Willie Budget Jr. of Morehead City; daughter, Jennie B. Garcia (Porfirio) of Morehead City; sons: Mitchell, Bobby, and Ralphele; granddaughter, Eva Haynes (Kenneth) of NJ; grandson, Terry T. Budget of Round Rock, TX; nine great-grandchildren, Cameron, Jordan, Stephen, Catherine, Kenneth, William, Shaquanna, Janeta, and Patricia; four great great-grandchildren: Dezzi, Dylan, Devin, and Carter.
