Obituary Ginger Spence Cox, 59, of Morehead City, died Saturday, July 5, 2014, at Carteret General Hospital. She is survived by her father, Lee Spence, Jr., of Augusta, GA; sisters, Brenda Jones of Jacksonville and Anne Gurkin Eubanks of New Bern; brothers, Steve Spence of Virginia Beach, VA, Ricky Spence of New Jersey, and Michael Spence of Rocky Mount. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 12, 2014, at River Bend Town Hall Park, New Bern. The family will receive friends following the service.
