James "Greg" Pate

James “Greg” Pate, 63, of Emerald Isle, passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at Carteret Health Care of Morehead City.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00pm on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at Noe-Brooks Funeral Home of Morehead City. Attendees are encouraged to wear golf or beach attire in his honor. May his memory bring comfort to all who knew him. Burial will take place at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville, NC at a later date.

Greg is survived by his wife Nancy, sister Terri and her husband Michael, and sons John and Jacob and his wife Gina.
