Obituary John Thomas Hunnings, 55, of Cape Carteret died Monday, June 27, 2016, at Onslow Memorial Hospital, Jacksonville. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 2, at Ocean View Cemetery, Beaufort. He was born November 18, 1960 in Pascagoula, MS to Oliver Wendell Hunnings and Pearl Lewis Hunnings. He is survived by his sisters, Letha LaCroix of Cape Carteret and Debra Rhue of Sea Level; brothers, Harold Hunnings of Pascagoula, MS and Wendell Hunnings of Williston. In addition to his parents, his brother, Clayton Hunnings, preceded him in death.
