Obituary John Robert Parr, 72, of Hendersonville and Atlantic Beach, died Thursday, August 4, 2016, in Atlantic Beach. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, August 27, from 2:00 5:00 p.m. in the clubhouse at The Oaks of Hendersonville, 95 Bennett Drive, Hendersonville, NC. A loving husband and father, he was born February 16, 1944 in Newark, OH to Durwood and Hazel Elliott Parr. He was an avid fisherman. He is survived by his wife, Judy Parr; daughter, Lalena Parr of Goodyear, AZ; son, Christopher Parr of Hendersonville, NC; sister, JoAnn Occhuizzi of Jacksontown, OH; granddaughters, Montana Munhollon and Victoria Munhollon.
