Joseph Tucker

Joseph A. Tucker Sr., 81, of Newport, passed away on Friday, July 25, 2025, at the Crystal Coast Hospice House in Newport.

No services are planned at this time.

He was a faithful husband for 60 years. He loved fishing, hunting, and spending his time with his friends at Bojangles. Joseph was a veteran of the United States Air Force and also a proud Mason of Newport Lodge 706.

Joseph leaves behind his family, whom he loved dearly – his wife of sixty years, Kathryn; daughter, Tracy T Ludlum (Tim) of Shallotte; son, Joseph Jr. of Newport; granddaughter, Laci L. Brennan (Dustin) of Raleigh; grandsons, Noah, CJ and Owen Tucker of Newport, and Nathan Tucker of Raleigh.
