Joyce Fulcher, 88, of Atlantic, passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at PruittHealth Crystal Coast in Beaufort.
Joyce was a nurse at Carteret General Hospital before she became an Operating Room Technician at Sea Level Hospital for over forty years.

She is survived by her sister-in-law, Susan Fulcher of Cape Carteret; nephew, Michael Bruce Fulcher (Saralynn) of Georgia; niece, Elizabeth Fulcher Allgood of Newport; cousins: Jack West (Gloria), Charles West, and Jane Pittman (Emmett), all of Atlantic, Audrey Peters of Hampton, NY, Mitchell Fulcher Jr. of Hampton, NY, Mildred Gilgo of Cherry Branch, and Jackie Lewis of Beaufort.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Ethel Fulcher; brothers, Bruce and Ray Fulcher; sisters, Jean and Diane Fulcher; cousin, JoAnn Lewis; and nephews, Philip and David Fulcher.
