Obituary Joyce Carol Price Kerere, 73, of Emerald Isle, died Wednesday, August 6, 2014, at the Crystal Coast Hospice House of Newport. There will be a private family service. Joyce was born November 4, 1940, in Gauley Bridge, W.V., to Everett Price and Radie Foster Price. In recent years, she worked as an office manager for a defense contractor. She is survived by a son, Ronald Kerere, of Hendersonville, TN; two daughters, Robin A. Kerere of Centreville, VA and Wendy Kerere Costantini of Manassas, VA; brother, Jack Price, of Morehead City, NC; and 6 grandchildren. Her parents preceded her in death.
