She was born on May 6, 1930 in Hazard, KY to Nick and Mamie Garrett Williams. She is survived by her sons, Darrell Bowling of Newport and Doyle Bowling of Edgewood, KY; 3 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren. Her husband, Dale R. Bogart, preceded her in death.
