Linda Harris

Linda Baird Harris, 80, of Morehead City, passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at the Crystal Coast Hospice House in Newport.

Private services are scheduled at a later date for Linda.

Linda was a native of Roanoke, Virginia. Over the years she resided in Hillsboro, Durham and Goldsboro, NC. She then found her “happy place” and moved to Carteret County for the remainder of her life.

She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Harris of Atlantic Beach.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, William Baird and Marie Thompson Baird; her sister, Bette Baird Long; and her brother, William James Baird.
