Obituary Shirley E. Jones, 86, of Morehead City, NC walked through the door to be with Jesus on January 24, 2022. What a beautiful thing. She was survived by her son Forrest Berry Jr, his partner David Scoggins of Morehead City; 1 sister Rachel Monk of Mebane, NC; 8 nieces and 12 nephews. She was proceeded in death by parents Bernard and Mary Bell Everett; 3 sisters and 5 brothers. Shirley is a native of Caswell County, NC, but loved the beach and has resided here at the coast for the past 3 years. She will be missed by her family and friends deeply.
