Tonya Lester

Tonya Lester, 53, of Newport, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2026.

Tonya was a free spirit who loved makeup, hair, and jewelry.

She is survived by her sons, Michael Chadwick Jr. and his wife, Summer, of Newport, Ryan Spatilson of California, Taylor “Roy” Lester of Morehead City; her grandchildren, Saylor Chadwick and Nikkalei Spatilson; her sisters, Talia Ray of Hartselle, AB, and Tammi Harper of Newport; and her best friends, Vivian Wells of Core Creek, and Michelle Stenberg of Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Jay Spatilson and her sister, Alicia Marie Spatilson.
