Willette Foye

Willette Foye, 75, of Morehead City, passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at Croatan Ridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church in Morehead City. A visitation will take place an hour prior at the church.

Willette was a graduate of West Carteret High School. She worked as the head housekeeper at Hampton Inn and was well known in the community as an amazing cook. Willette was a life long member of St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church and her faith was important to her.

She is survived by her sons, David Bryant of Morehead City, and Torrain Galloway of Reidsville; sisters, Anne Hargrove (Sidney) and Lois Jean Bryant of Morehead City; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of relatives.

Willette was preceded in death by her husband of thirty years, Ganzey Foye; and her parents, William Bryant and Mary Elizabeth Stiles Bryant.
