William H. Everett

William Henry Everett, 80, of Havelock, passed away on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at the Crystal Coast Hospice House of Newport.

He was a member of St. Antioch Missionary Baptist Church of Adams Creek. He was known for his love of gardening and his long career as Head Custodian at Havelock Elementary School and Roger Bell Elementary School which is now New Tech Academy.

A funeral service will be held at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at Noe-Brooks Funeral Home in Morehead City, NC. The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 4:00 pm on Wednesday at the funeral home.

He is survived by his daughter, Crystal Everett of Dover, DE; granddaughter, Kayla Donyai Williams of Dover, DE; brother, Odie Lee Everette of Philadelphia, PA; brother, James Everette of Murfreesboro, NC; sister-in-law, Emma Everette of Havelock, NC; and numerous nieces and nephews; and his best friend, Syd and Janet Rodenberger of Havelock, NC.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Ivora Everett; brothers Howard Everett Jr; Frank David Everett; Rudolph Everett; Milton Everett Sr. and two sisters.
