Willie Budgett Jr., 79, of Newport, passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at the Carteret House of Newport.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church of Morehead City. A private burial will take place at Bayview Cemetery in Morehead City.
