Willie Cleveland Culley, 87, of Havelock, passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at Carolina East in New Bern.

Services will be private.

Willie is survived by his wife, Althea Culley  of Havelock; three sisters, Cynthia Cheek of Massachusetts, Carrie Lee Payne, and Matilda Godette (Ozelle) of Havelock; three brothers, Charles Fenner (Marjorie) of New York, and Johnny Blango (Ada) of Havelock, Robert Cheek of Massachusetts; one stepdaughter, Lavonne Reddick of Maryland; two step grandsons that he helped raise, Kvon Ambrose and Isaiah Felton; he also leaves a host of nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ozelle Richard and Lenora Culley; and brother, Willie Guy Blango Sr.
