Windey Cody (Allen), 65, of Emerald Isle, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at home.
She is survived by her brother, Richard Hedrick of Emerald Isle, and her mother, Linda Todd of Lexington, NC.
Windey is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Cody; father, Robert Allen Sr; and brother, Robert Allen Jr.
