Obituary
Bobby “Bob Allen” Felton Sr., 75, of Havelock, originally of North River, passed peacefully away on Thursday, August 3, 2023, at home.
Bobby was a hard worker, a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, and friend. He was a member of God’s City of Refuge in Newport.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at God’s City of Refuge with Pastor Samuel Gibson officiating. Entombment will follow at the Felton Family Cemetery in North River.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Wanda Felton of Havelock; son, Bobby Allen Felton Jr. of Havelock; daughter, Arica Felton Murray of New Bern; daughter, Gvonna Felton of Havelock; daughter, Danita Felton of New Bern; daughter, Kittra Roberson of Haw River; son, Robert Murrell of Beaufort; 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, his sister, and four brothers.
He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Ovella Felton; two brothers and two sisters.
