Obituary
Dorothy Marie Silimon, 79, of Morehead City, departed this earth on Wednesday, August 09, 2023, to join her husband Willie T Silimon in the afterlife.
Dorothy M. Gibbs was born in Morehead City, NC on October 14, 1943, to Edward Gibbs Sr., and Alice Collins Gibbs.
She leaves to cherish her memory to her children, Shakethai, Yolanda, Annie, Carlton, Clifton Silimon, Charlie Hanley Jr., Altron, Quiana, and Lela Riggins; sister, Carrie Boomer; brother, William Gibbs; a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Alice Gibbs; husband, Willie T Silimon; children, Creighton, and Charlotte Silimon; sisters, Richella Murrel, and Rosetta Morgan; brother, Edward Earl Jr.

Graveside service will be held on Friday, August 18, 2023, 11:00AM at Greenwood Cemetery, 2730 Myrtle St, Morehead City, NC 28557. Officiated by Pastor Abraham L. Midgett Jr.
