Obituary

Larry Clifford Leuthauser, 70, of Cape Carteret, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at the Crystal Coast Hospice House in Newport.

Larry was a member of St. Mildred Catholic Church in Swansboro as well as the Knights of Columbus. He had a long career working on power plants across the country as a Mechanical Engineer.

A Memorial Mass at St. Mildred will be announced at a later date.

Larry is survived by his wife of 48 years, Connie Leuthauser of the home; sons, Eric Leuthauser and his wife Noella of Grimesland, NC, Wesley Leuthauser and his wife Jonica of Lebanon, NH, Jason Leuthauser of Grimesland, NC; grandchildren, Jorgen Leuthauser, Keenan Leuthauser, Kenzie Leuthauser, Raelle Leuthauser, Deklyn Leuthauser; seven siblings; and a host of extended family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Margorie Leuthauser.
