Thomas “Tommy” Rill Jr., 54, Newport, passed July 24, 2022, at home.

Thomas was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Theron and Miriam Rill, maternal grandparents Horace and Bonnie Byrd.

He is survived by parents Thomas E and Virginia Rill, sister Kim E. Williams, brother Tony Rill, three nieces and two nephews
